Horse riding at Sheans Horse Farm

Our guests give us constantly great feedback after visiting Sheans Horse Farm. Offering horse riding activities for all ages, the team at Sheans have also recently opened an exhibition highlighting the ancient battles and key figures from the history of the surrounding area.

They have 39 excellent 5 star reviews out of 41 on Trip Advisor at the time or writing, making them one of the highest rated horse farms in the country.

The Predator is helmed by the well-known, fully qualified seaman, Hamish Currie. With a lifetime of experience of the sea and qualifications to match, you are always going to be in safe hands.

Hamish offers a full service suited to your needs, with tuition and rod hire available if needed.

Harry's restaurant, Cushendall

After all that activity, you can relax with a beautifully cooked meal at Harry's restaurant, with a bar menu and an a la carte menu, sample locally sourced food including some delicious seafood dishes.

Trip advisor ratings rank Harry's as the best restaurant in Cushendall, and we wouldn't disagree. The menu is udpated frequently, but if it's available we highly recommend the Smoked Haddock.

Laragh Lodge, at Glenarrif Waterfalls

Laragh Lodge takes it's name from the Ess-Na-Laragh waterfall meaning (the fall of the mare) and is situated in the Glenariff Waterfall Forest, a short distance from the cottages. With cascading waterfalls and mature woodlands as a background and facing the sea a short distance away, it is one of the most beautiful settings in the Glens of Antrim.

Laragh lodge provides a warm and welcoming family touch, and you'll be made to feel very much at home, whether you pop in for a coffee or for lunch during your visit to the Waterfalls. Laragh Lodge also cater for special occasions such as First Communion or Confirmation.
